Jeremy Mattek is a wonderful Lutheran pastor whose short devotions I truly enjoy. He has the most compassionate pastoral heart! He has been working his way through the Psalms in a new series. This brief video is Psalm 21. The reason I'm posting this one is because of something that happens near the end. I think you will all be touched by the emotion that overwhelms him as he speaks about the coming of the Lord for us. Glory to God for His promises!

Also that is a new way of looking at Psalm 21 that I had never considered before. Verse 2 my hearts desire is the rapture and verse 8-12 is God’s wrath afterward.
