This entire AI thing is spooky. When still photographs of long dead people can be brought to life and the people will say and do whatever you want them to do, it is beyond spooky! It brings to mind the Biblical reference to the great deception that is to come. (Matthew 24:24; 2 Thessalonians 2:11; Revelation 13:14). As the Matthew 24 verse says, the deceptions will be so great that they would "deceive even the elect, if that were possible." I believe that everything necessary for this to occur is being set into place as we watch.

Now, the entire passage of 2 Thessalonians 2:9-12 makes it clear that this deception and delusion will not occur until after the Antichrist is revealed. And a little earlier (2 Thessalonians 2:7-8) in that chapter we are assured that the Antichrist will not be revealed until the Church (the living body of believers indwelt by the Holy Spirit) departs. So we need not fear this AI. But we do need to be on guard.

Maybe this would be an acceptable alternative to the satanists, so they wouldn't murder (or pay someone to murder) a real, live human being?

Wonder if there's a maximum allowable age before mandatory euthanasia of baby-x-now-geriatric-x?
