I agree. DC would be the reasonable place to start...lol. And certainly get Dem attention. But more importantly the surrounding communities in DC who awaken to a forgotten world. One where they can breathe. One in where Sympathy for the Devil is just a Stones song on the radio...and in a day and age seemingly slated to watch early beast system developments even. Pretty amazing times. Amen.

The rank and file citizens want law and order. They ones opposed are in two camps, one will hate anything the President does, the other is the soft on crime people. Both have thought processing issues.
