“Send Her Back!” Crowd Goes Wild After President Trump Says Ilhan Omar is an Illegal Alien (VIDEO)

President Trump on Tuesday evening delivered remarks in Mount Pocono, Pennsylvania, on his economic achievements as his first year in office comes to a close.

At one point during his speech, President Trump turned his ire toward Democrat Rep. Ilhan Omar.
Trump said Ilhan Omar is in the US illegally and the crowd went wild, chanting, “send her back!”

“We ought to get her the hell out! She married her brother to get in!” Trump said of Omar.

Ilhan Omar: "The U.S. government will only do what Somalians in the U.S. tell them to do. They will do what we want and nothing else. They must follow our orders."

If you have Amir's telegram channel, there is a short 20 second video of her speaking to Somalis, admitting the reason she is in the US, and how she uses being in congress for Somalis to control the US! She must have her citizenship revoked and be deported!! 🤨

Apart from the colourful language, I couldn't agree more with President Trump.

Something in my memory about legal binding stuff becoming null and void if done under false pretense or lies.

There should be a pretty solid case against her citizenship being legal based on the reason Trump gave.

But I can also see that the longer it's gone on, the more permission the Somali community feels to riot if thwarted in any way.

I think she and many others of that community need to be deported, and their falsely obtained citizenship revoked. (it should have triggered a VERY THOROUGH review of the legal circumstances in many of the Somalis which would likely turn up a LOT of irregularities.)

I decided to google it, and this is what AI said (on my way to the gym or I'd get a better source)

A contract procured through a lie may not be legally binding; it is generally considered
voidable (cancellable) by the innocent party, not automatically void. This is because fraud or misrepresentation undermines the mutual agreement (meeting of the minds) required for a valid contract.

The impact of a lie depends on several factors:

  • Misrepresentation vs. Fraud: A false statement made during contract negotiations can be classified as innocent, negligent, or fraudulent misrepresentation. Fraud involves deliberately lying to deceive the other party into signing the contract.
  • Materiality of the Lie: For a lie to impact the contract's validity, it must typically be about a material fact—something important that induced the other party to enter into the agreement. For example, lying about a car's accident history to a buyer is material misrepresentation, but lying about something irrelevant may not be.
  • The Innocent Party's Action: The party who was lied to has the choice to either cancel the contract (known as rescission, which aims to return both parties to their original, pre-contract positions) or continue with the agreement. The contract is "voidable" at their discretion, not automatically invalid from the start.
  • Proof: The wronged party has the burden of proving that the lie occurred and that they relied on that false information when signing the contract.
As far as I can see, the innocent party (the USA) has every right to void such a contract!
