Just saw this. Had no idea.

Based on what I know about sharia and various islamic traditions, this makes the new flag a derivative or subordinate flag to a muslim state
Such flags are flown over captured territories and countries as visible symbols of conquest.
Mosques are also established on the sites of conquest, which is why muslims tried to put a mosque (disguised as a cultural center) on the Twin Towers site

As soon as the new "State" flag is hoisted above the State Capitol, the muslims claim victory and can point to historic precedent to impose sharia
Just checked the Minnesota State Capitol Building website, and it's a lot less robust than it used to be. Don't know if there's a chapel inside or not.
