2 woman accused of attacking employees, stealing meats from Market Basket

Investigators say the women stole high-priced items including lobster meat, prime ribeye steaks and truffle butter.

The best part is that “Both Byrds were released on personal recognizance.” This is in spite of the fact that there is video footage of the women assaulting store employees. Gotta love MA.

I don’t know if anything more will come of their charges, if anything.

Mike and I are so glad we fled MA back in 2022. I still see lots of Christian clients, remotely, from MA. They are all devastated to be in such an Anti Christian state.

Mike was infuriated being a city cop in MA. He would arrest homeless people urinating on my church’s property, only for them to be released the next day. Law Enforcement was becoming a laughing stock. I still remember my old pastor being at a loss for words when he knew he had no legal recourse.

I heard that Wal Mart is having off-duty LEO's posted at exits starting Nov. 1st. There's no official notice so who knows if that is true, but with all the threats I would not be surprised.

Good idea and sad that stores have to plan on the added expense.

I don't want to unduly scare people but on social media there's been brazen calls by those affected by loss of food stamps to openly steal food from stores, customers and their purses. Perhaps law enforcement can scope these people out more clearly as a result. Maybe it was here I read about this.....after a root canal (praise God, doing better), memory was superceded by pain.

It might be prudent to carry cash/cards in a more secure manner (travel belts?), shop before Nov. 1st and prayerfully (my prayers are with you all) consider best times to shop.

Remember, however, that God is our mighty God who can protect and He also guides/works in all circumstances (by God's grace, He worked to naturally to keep my daughter from being in an area where a shooting occured- that's an all knowing, omnipotent and faithful God.... I'll share later in a praise thread). Be wise but don't give in to fear.

And, do have Gospel info in purses/pockets (with money in another place) so as to get the Gospel out.

I can't understand the justification in stealing from another customer. You would think they want to get back at the government they hate so much, not the local people who are in it with them. Bizarre reasoning.
