President Donald Trump is recommending air traffic controllers who remained at their posts during the Democrat government shutdown be rewarded.
The president made the announcement in a post on his Truth Social Monday, writing, “All Air Traffic Controllers must get back to work, NOW!!! Anyone who doesn’t will be substantially ‘docked.'”
“For those Air Traffic Controllers who were GREAT PATRIOTS, and didn’t take ANY TIME OFF for the ‘Democrat Shutdown Hoax,’ I will be recommending a BONUS of $10,000 per person for distinguished service to our Country.”

I think this is a good idea. Of course, it singles out people in a certain profession. There are probably a lot of other govmint workers who continued to work but didn't get paid. Usually all govmint workers get all their back pay after the govmint re-opens. These10K checks should be funded by not giving those who didn't work back pay.
